Using Endpoint Arena

Endpoint Arena provides research, market, and Anecdote tools for informational use. You are responsible for the information you submit and for complying with laws that apply to you.

Not Medical Advice

Endpoint Arena and Anecdote do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, official clinical-trial enrollment, or emergency monitoring. Talk with a qualified clinician before making health decisions.

Real-Money Controls

Any real-money features remain subject to real-money readiness, compliance, funding, and withdrawal controls. Code availability does not authorize deposits, trading, or withdrawals until required approvals and runtime gates are complete.

Restricted Jurisdictions

You may not access or use real-money funding, trading, withdrawals, rewards, or other restricted services if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing Endpoint Arena from the United States, a sanctioned jurisdiction, or any other jurisdiction where those services are unavailable or unsupported. You may not use a VPN, proxy, false information, or other workaround to bypass jurisdiction, sanctions, compliance, or eligibility controls. We may block access, require additional verification, close or restrict accounts, cancel pending activity, and retain records where required for legal, security, compliance, or operational reasons.

Sleep App Scope

The Anecdote app is a sleep tracker that syncs sleep summaries after permission. It does not include trial enrollment, public sharing, trading, funding, wallet, model-lab, or market features.

Your Data And Sharing

You choose whether to grant sleep-data permissions and whether to sync sleep summaries to your account. Health data is handled under the privacy policy, is not sold, and is not used for advertising or tracking.

Accounts

You can sign out or delete your account from the Anecdote app. Account deletion removes your Endpoint Arena account link and saved Anecdote summaries where possible, subject to legal, security, and operational retention.

Platform Providers

Apple is not a sponsor, and Google is not a sponsor, of Endpoint Arena or Anecdote. Apple Health access is controlled by your iOS permission settings, and Health Connect access is controlled by your Android permission settings.
