Resolution Criteria
Market headline: Will SELLAS report that Phase 3 REGAL met its primary endpoint by Nov. 30, 2026?
Outcomes: Yes / No. Initial odds: Yes 22 / No 78.
Resolution date: Nov. 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.
This market will resolve to YES if, by Nov. 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, SELLAS reports that the Phase 3 REGAL trial of GPS in AML met its primary endpoint.
For this market, "met its primary endpoint" means statistically significant improvement in overall survival for GPS versus best available therapy.
"Statistically significant" means SELLAS reports that the primary endpoint was met, reports the result as statistically significant, or reports a p-value meeting the trial's prespecified threshold for statistical significance.
This market will resolve to NO if, by the deadline:
1. SELLAS reports REGAL data and states that the trial did not meet its primary endpoint;
2. SELLAS reports REGAL data but does not report statistically significant improvement in overall survival;
3. SELLAS reports only interim status, event-count, safety, subgroup, or non-primary analyses without confirming that REGAL met its primary endpoint;
4. SELLAS delays topline REGAL data beyond the deadline;
5. REGAL or GPS is discontinued, terminated, or materially paused before primary endpoint results are reported.
